Woodland Retreat is situated in western Michigan on a large plot of remnant, wooded land. The property, which included an existing family home, was purchased by the client with the goal to expand the home and take advantage of the stunning property with the addition of an extensive activated outdoor space.

The initial drafted master plan for the property, as pictured, would continue to expand in order to include a pool, pool house, guest house, orchard, vegetable garden, outdoor kitchen & children's play area among other improvements.
